18+ and Content Rules
RedLover is an adult service with fictional characters. These are the rules that keep it that way, and what happens when they are broken.
1. Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use RedLover. You confirm this on the website and in Telegram before any companion is shown.
If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data. Contact support@redlover.chat if you believe a minor has an account.
2. Fictional adults only
Every companion is a fictional adult. They are generated characters, not recordings or likenesses of real people.
Content that presents a character as a minor, or that uses language placing a character in a school-age or child setting, is refused before a request reaches a model.
3. Prohibited content
The following is never permitted: sexual content involving minors; non-consensual sexual content; bestiality; incest; sexual content combined with real-world violence or threats; impersonation of a real person intended to deceive.
A confirmed attempt ends the account. Where the law requires it we report the account and preserve the relevant records.
4. How moderation works
Every message you send passes an automated check before it reaches a model. Photo prompts pass an age and content check as well. A blocked request is refused, and repeated blocks escalate to an account review.
Automated checks are not perfect. If something gets through that should not have, report it through the contact form and choose Safety and content.
5. Consent and real people
Do not upload or describe another person's private material, and do not ask a companion to portray a real, identifiable person in a sexual scene.
Do not use the service to threaten, harass or coerce anyone.
6. Reporting
Reports about minors, non-consent or impersonation are reviewed first. Write to support@redlover.chat or use the contact form with the category Safety and content, and include the companion's name and roughly when it happened.
