Terms of Service

1. Who can use RedLover

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally permitted to view sexually explicit material where you live. You confirm this when you create an account and again when you enter the site.

One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping access to your email or Telegram account secure. If you believe someone else has access, contact us so we can help you close it.

2. These are fictional characters

Every companion is a fictional adult generated by software. They are not real people, they do not have feelings, and they cannot form a relationship with you. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

Conversations, photos and voice notes are entertainment. Nothing produced by a companion is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and none of it should be relied on as fact.

3. What you may not do

You may not use RedLover to create, request or share content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, bestiality, incest, or real-world violence and threats. Attempts are refused before a request reaches a model, and a confirmed attempt ends the account without refund.

You may not impersonate a real person in a way designed to deceive, upload another person's private material, scrape the service, resell access, attempt to bypass moderation or payment systems, or use the service to harass anyone.

You may not use RedLover where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

4. Your content and ours

You keep whatever rights you have in the messages you write. You give us the limited permission needed to operate the service: to store your conversations, to process them so a companion can respond, and to generate the photos and voice notes you ask for.

The service itself, including the companions, the artwork, the interface and the code behind it, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy it, resell it, or train another model on it.

5. Plans, coins and Stars

Paid plans renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

Coins are prepaid credit inside RedLover. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are spent on the actions shown on the pricing page. Direct media packs add photo or voice allowance that does not expire.

Prices are shown before you pay, in your currency or in Telegram Stars. We may change prices for future periods; a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep RedLover running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream outages or abuse response can interrupt the service, and a specific companion or feature can change or be withdrawn.

We may update these terms. A material change is announced on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.

7. Ending your access

You can stop using RedLover at any time, cancel a plan from your account, and ask us to delete your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we are required to act on by law, or that puts other people at risk. Where it is reasonable we tell you why.

8. Liability

RedLover is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make on the basis of a conversation with a fictional character.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
