Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy explains what RedLover collects, why, where it is stored, and how to have it deleted. It covers the website and the Telegram bot, which share one account.

1. What we collect

Account details: the email address you verify, or your Telegram account identifier when you sign in through Telegram. We do not ask for your name, your address or a phone number.

Your conversations: the messages you send, the replies you receive, and the short facts a companion remembers about you so a story stays consistent between visits. Photos and voice notes you generate are stored with the conversation they belong to.

Billing state: which plan is active, when it renews, and the coin balance. Card details never reach us; payments are completed by the platform you pay through.

Technical data needed to run the service: a session cookie, your chosen language, an age-confirmation cookie, and basic request information such as the pages you open and errors that occur.

2. Why we use it

To run your account and keep you signed in. To generate the replies, photos and voice notes you ask for. To apply the limits and content rules of your plan. To take payments and prevent fraud. To answer you when you contact us. To fix faults and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not use your conversations to build advertising profiles.

3. Where it is stored

RedLover runs on Cloudflare. Your account, conversations and generated media are stored in Cloudflare's network, in the region that serves your requests, and are encrypted in transit.

Access is limited to the systems that need it to answer your request. Staff access is limited to what is required to investigate a support case, a safety report or a legal obligation.

4. Who else is involved

Payments are handled by the platform you choose at checkout. When you pay through Telegram, Telegram processes the payment and tells us that it succeeded; we never see your card.

Beyond Cloudflare and the payment platform you pick, we do not share your conversations with anyone, unless we are legally required to, or unless it is necessary to stop serious harm.

5. Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. A language cookie remembers the language you chose. An age-confirmation cookie remembers that you confirmed you are an adult so the notice does not appear on every page.

These cookies are needed for the service to work as described. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party tracking scripts on the site.

6. How long we keep it

Conversations and the memories attached to them stay until you delete the story or the account.

Generated photos and voice notes stay with their conversation and are removed when it is deleted.

Billing records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. A deletion request removes your conversations and media; it does not erase the minimum record of a completed payment that we are obliged to keep.

7. Your choices

You can delete a single story from My chats. Deleting a story removes its messages, its memories and the media generated inside it.

You can ask us to delete your whole account by writing to support@redlover.chat from the address on the account, or through the contact form. We confirm when it is done.

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything wrong.

8. Adults only

RedLover is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly hold data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account, tell us and we will close it and delete the data.

9. Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top of this page. Questions, requests and complaints go to support@redlover.chat.
