Refunds and Billing
How plans, coins and media packs are charged, and what happens when something goes wrong.
1. Plans
A plan is charged at the price shown at checkout for the period you chose: weekly, monthly or annual. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancel any time from your account, or by asking us. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. We do not refund a period that has already started, and we do not pro-rate a partial period.
2. Coins
Coins are prepaid credit spent inside RedLover on the actions listed on the pricing page. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
If an action fails, the coins it cost are returned to your balance automatically. Spent coins are otherwise not refundable.
3. Media packs
A photo or voice pack adds allowance to your account. Pack allowance does not expire and is used after your plan's daily allowance runs out.
A pack that has already been partly used is not refundable.
4. Paying with Telegram Stars
When you pay in Telegram the charge appears as Stars. A monthly plan bought in Telegram is a recurring subscription managed by Telegram: cancel it in Telegram, in the bot, or from your account here, and the subscription stops renewing.
Telegram handles the transaction itself. If a Stars payment is taken twice, or taken without access being granted, write to us and we will either fix the access or arrange the refund with Telegram.
5. When we refund
We refund a charge when you were billed after cancelling, when a payment was duplicated, when a plan was charged but never activated, or where the law where you live requires it.
We do not refund an account closed for breaking the terms, or a period in which the service was available and used.
6. How to ask
Write to support@redlover.chat from the address on the account, or use the contact form and choose Plans, coins and Stars. Include the date and the amount. We answer within one working day and a refund, when agreed, is returned to the original payment method.
